Service Description

1:1 Sessions are supportive, exploratory, and individualized per session. Different modalities may be used per session depending on the topic or challenge presented by the client. Sessions may be a continuation from prior sessions or new areas of focus may be addressed depending on the needs of the client. *When booking online, pick any time available. You will be contacted in order to create a schedule. Weekends are specifically left blank on the booking calendar for 1:1 sessions and private events.
